Remember Max's joke about Dai and his dog that used to bark out the score whenever Wales beat England? 'What does he do when England beat Wales?' he was asked. 'Dunno,' said Dai, 'we've only 'ad him eight years.'

Shame the dog died a painful death this year in Cardiff..........

Nothing wrong with that when you recognise a good team that comes along! No, seriously England have to prove themselves butg I saw nothing in the Scotland - Ireland match that suggests they will be a serious threat. The Scots defence near the scrum and on the inside move was dreadful as was the Irish scrum unity and discipline....can see MJ cajoling his troops "keep it tight in the scrum, let them make the mistakes and we will mop them up"

To date I think the Wales England match has been the best one for the quality of rugby on show...........

I agree DT, have to agree that England played very well!.........we were lucky in Italy!..if they had a decent kicker, then things may have been much different!.....as for the Ireland match, we always have a great time with the Irish fans here in Wales!.win or lose!.........but the Irish haven't played very well so far!........so we may have a chance!..........as long as our squad get their act together!..........be a hard one though, I think!.............

I totally agree with Billy Connolly and Mark; I can't recall Boyce ever managing to raise a smile, never mind a laugh, from me. Now, Rhod Gilbert...there is one very funny Welshman!
