I Just Shot Olive

What is it with socks, knickers ... and gloves?

They vanish.

I dug out my ski kit yesterday, and ... no gloves !

So I had to buy emergency gloves today, which means I'm £95 out of pocket before we even get on the plane.

Anyway, I thought Olive might have lost my gloves in the wash.

So ... I shot Olive.

I can't remember why I had an air rifle in the kitchen.

And I didn't know it was loaded.

I wasn't even pointing it at Olive.

And I pulled the trigger by accident.

Olive was in the kitchen, tidying up some trays at the time. Yes, she was in the middle of a ...

... "traying" session ... LOL ... okay, sorry, that was painful.

I've got a friendly doctor to treat Olive quietly in the bathroom.

We don't want any adverse publicity. Or blood. Not in the kitchen, anyway. Yuck!

Actually, come to think of it ... I might have left my other gloves at the BF's.
