compenstation from a mobile phone company

Hi Folks,I have had a dreadful time with Vodafone over the past month. damaging my credit rating ...cancelling direct debits, lying and not giving a damn.I have ventually got to speak to a manager in Customer relations who has offered me £500 compensation for at least 12 hours of phone calls, stress and nuisance.
Is this a good payment have other ABers had more ?

Run a credit report with someone like Experian, MangoPete - it'll only cost you a couple of pounds, if there is anything incorrect on there as a result of this carry-on, they will correct it for you.
