If anyone remembers I posted a question a while ago about whether I should tell my bloke he has a younger brother or sister if not read
http://www.theanswerb...y/Question965621.html
well lastnight I went to his dads for tea, he left to watch footie and I got chatting with his dad, I told his dad that I work with a woman that was in the same ward next to his ex wife when my bloke was born and she had her son. I told him that my friend had told me how confident my blokes mum was even though she was only 16 and having her first child. Then my blokes dad mumbled a bit then said her 2nd child? I said no my friend only had the one and he said no 'it was A's second child she gave her first up for adoption' !!!

I havent even mentioned when his brother said he has a younger sister or brother, but thought whilst his dad was on subject I'd fish into that and said 'so did A have any after you with anyone and he said 'no she was sterilised' So now I think his brother lied to me and thats why he told me not to say anything
china read above I did tell him. I wont tell him about other thing because seems like his bro is lying. In fact I asked him lastnight if he'd want to find the adopted big brother or sister he paused, then said nope. He says if someones adopted it can open a whole can of worms. Plus they are only a half sister or bro by his mum and he doesnt see his mum anyway.
You might want to ask the dad abit about the adopted child for future reference. As O said in your first thread, it may be possible to find the child. It is possible that when the child was 18 they tried to look for their mother and any siblings, if they haven't done that yet, they will probably give it a go, they have the info you might not, their adopted details, they will know their birth mothers name and their birth name and be able to trace your bloke quite easily.
The only thing I would like to add 4get is, what happens if your OH finds out you witheld any information from him? You feel his brother is lying. Would your OH possibly feel the same about you? It doesn't sound as though you could necessarily rely upon his family to not let the cat out of the bag at some future stage. No offence intended 4get, the thought just struck me, that was all. x
