Hi my button on the camera came off and is lost. Does anyone know where I can get it fixed cheaply. I have just been given a quote of £115 to fix just one small button.
or
is there a similar camera that I can purchase?
I had been using the camera for sports pics, which were excellent and am really missing it.
Thank you.

Independant shops (usually) have no bias as to a particular manufacturer and will therefore give independant advice.
sometime people on ebay sell odd bits like this...worth a look
can you remember what it was like? would you be able to make one out of someting else?
perhaps fimo? then just glue it on. if it doesnt work, just try another with a few adjustments
(its coloured modeling clay that you harden in the oven, from art shops)

It seems to be a common problem with the H5 ... great camera though. I've got the H3.
