Getting back to normal

finally have water reconnected. First hot shower in 13 days. Having survived the Christchurch earthquake I vow never to let bad weather spoil a holiday again.

Have visited Christchurch twice and its a shame to see......stayed at the George both times and we just had to eat at the Sign of the Tahake a second time - the first time having been a hoot with a Japanese honeymoon party all around us.........for those of you who havent been, this mad Scotsman built this folly, his impression of a Scottish baronial castle on the hills just out of Christchurch......

Glad you're ok in CChurch. Extended rellys in SAfrica been murdered on farm, just a month after family wedding celebs....horrors over land grabs.
