Last year I kept the seeds from our pumpkins and have planted a few (20) in individual loo rolls and they have come up a treat. Most are a good three inches and I just wanted to know when to plant them out.
It is still a bit frosty overnight this past week so don't want to plant them in the open if it means they will die.
At the moment they are on a sunny window sill. Should they be put out in the greenhouse to harden up first?
Not wanting to thorw cold water (pun only slightly intended) on your project, keep in mind that most pumpkin seeds are hybrids... that is pumpkins developed by interbreeding two or mor varieties... even considering that they have sprouted, yours may not flower and produce fruits... I'm just saying...
