Possibly Edward Heath?

Thanks. I have had a look but Edward Heaths father was a builder.
Well my guess, for what its worth, is from a little further ago in time than Ted Heath. Afraid have not been able to confirm this but Spencer Perceval could well be your answer.

Thats great, thanks for the help.
Sir Spencer Compton is another possibility. His old school is listed as St Pauls and maybe his Father was a Master although he was an Earl.I could not find out any more information.
