Yes, I saw that on the News sandy, I hope DC keeps his beak out
yeah but what of it's Doc Brown bringing back the plutonium?
if a no fly zone is to be imposed the west will have to be involved to take out the libayan airforce and then, and only then can a no fly zone be enforced..and then watch the price of petrol soar even more...
in a perfect world stokey I just wish we and the Yanks would butt out of other peoples wars, but???
price of petrol will not soar as Libya does not make that much (1.8 mbd) and Saudi have said that they will cover.

they will not go without the proper sanctions and without (i) the accord of the major ME players (ii) the population (iii) Russia and China......

One of the nasties that Qadaffi is sitting on is 9 tonnes of mustard gas - that nice stuff they used for gassing in WW1.

I dont think that the Libyan airforce will put up that much resistance.
Somebody will end up getting hurt it will end in tears mark my words
only a couple of days until Saudi Arabia knocks Libya off the news headlines
you are right bobbi..but the u.s sees itself as the ''world police''...and the uk politicians send us in as well to support the americans much to our cost in lives, military hardware and millions of pounds....
The Government are slashing the defence budget in one hand and talking war talk whilst doing it
unbelievable!
Of course Gadaffi would claim the Libyan people will be up in arms about the no fly zone. The no fly zone means he can`t bomb his own people and claiming the people wouldn`t like it is the only (shakey) defence he has.
for what bibblebub?

unrest - me thinks not or rather it is unlikely as one can not say no it will not happen - one must remember that the Saudis have a strong bedouin heritage to airing grievances up the line - and not just into the royal family......there are weekly councils that all the sheikhs sit in on with their citizens.
it's very reminiscent of Sadam Hussein
have a look at the guardian dt....
Nothing new there in the Guardian - I have long said on here that there are three major triggers to the oil price going northwards to 200 or beyond (i) trouble in Saudi (ii) trouble in Iran (4 mln bbd) and (iii) incitement that sees the Israelis hitting the big red button.

The interesting article in the "Grauniad" was that the Taliban are using Iranian sourced rockets.....no real surprise but I guess they have the hard proof. And Sadam didnt have WMD - pull the other one....may be not in the quantities thought but I will still wager that Iran/Syria have plenty to answer for on that one.

Iran to me is the real threat and if you remember one of the Wilkileaks had the Saudi king wanting to take out the Iranian regime.
