Bobbs, I've bought a cut, colour and style off Groupon (bought other things too). The hairdressing should cost £50 but I've got it for £19.

I've just read that out to OH, but he''s been watching footie and turned a deaf 'un. It sounds really good. Did it mean breakfast and lunch, and no evening meal? We often fly from Manchester but it adds an extra £100 to your holiday for the taxi not to mention an extra hour travelling.

We've got no choice about travelling to airports - the nearest one is Gatwick, at least 1.5 hours away....

My ex won a bid for a holiday in the Dominican Rep. for £400 for the both of us around 10 years ago. We had to fly out from Manchester though. Took us about 4 hours to drive from Saff London to Manchester.

If you're going to Kyrenia you may have to stop off at Istanbul or Izmir on the way. There is no direct flight from the UK to Northern Cyprus. Well at least there wasn't the last time my parents went which was 2 years ago anyway.

Tiggs I think they have started them from a few airports now but they have to use only Turkish air space, how daft is that?
what chance of getting on with folk when silliness like a divided island like Cyprus still prevails since 1974?

i understand what you mean bobbi. re travelling to airports for hours. we travelled to manchester one year, was ok going, but the drive home was awful, im not sure i would do it now,
