We learnt the "Viennese Waltz" at school. It's just the best dance of all. If you get it right, you really look as if you're floating. I haven't had a chance to dance a VW for ages.

I think the jolliest bit of music ever is the overture to Die Fledermaus. It has a Viennese Waltz, then a Polka, then a Waltz again, then another Polka ... oh, god ...

... I might have to go and dig out the CD.

yes, it was cancelled last October apparently he was suffering from vertigo (snigger) sorry it's just I imagined him falling off his podium while playing the Radetzky March...not nice I know..:-(
