I passed a NCPLH course in 2007. I have a criminal record from 2005 for theft of £20 for which I paid a court fine. I have now just filled in a form for a CRB check online which is necessary for a Personal Licence. Firstly, will my conviction show up on the CRB check and secondly, will I be able to get a Personal Licence if it does show up.

As I stated in my answer to your previous question, the relevant legislation specifically states that 'spent' convictions are irrelevant when considering an application for a personal licence. As the link I provided at that time indicated (and as Eddie's link also states), your conviction is now spent and thus can't prevent you obtaining a licence.

However it will still show up on any CRB check because all convictions remain on your criminal record for life.
