Sorry for getting political here but...

The armed forces are going through the biggest financial shake up in living memory, cutting thousands of troops, and then when i was watching ESPN during the H/T break for the Birmingham v Bolton game, and on came an advert trying to recruit people for the army.!!!!!!
So whats going on, why are they recruiting on the one hand and then dumping loads of soldiers who have served their country bravely and in very harrowing conditions.
Beggars belief!

I think it may be that if you are over the age of 30 you are too old to train ? so they are always on the look out for new recruits that are young enough to train ?
