12. Day Labourer embraced extraordinarily grand leader
71. Old woman had some trouble with skinhead and made many a scene(7,5) - at present thinking along the lines of films etc.
69. He was hated for ill-treatment - possibly anagram of was hated for.

71 You need paintings rather than films. The old woman is the first word and isn't a specific name.

For number 12, the 'Day Labourer' is Latin American.
You also need an anagram of 'grand'
