I believe that fuchsia berries and leaves are harmless to humans if that's any help.

I don't know which but i'm pretty sure that some parts of fuchsias are poisonous to humans. I'll go and look it up
Couldn't find anything about their toxicity on a google search but i'm sure i saw it on a hospital poster in an A and E dept about poisonous plants and it's always stuck in my mind.

Fuchsia are listed as harmless to humans and pets (specifically dogs and cats) on several US botany sites. Can't find anything specific for the UK though.

I remember Bob Flowerdew on Gardener's World saying he eats his fuchsia berries and looking for the species which would produce the biggest. I've never heard them mentioned as toxic.

Guessing by how many stables have fuschia in their flower beds & hanging baskets (which get eaten) I don't think so.  Where are the fuschia, can they be moved?
