getting rid garlic smell ?

Sister lives in flat. Her neighbour loves cooking with garlic lots. Smell wafts into my sister home which she hates smell of. Any ideas how to get rid smell of garlic? Can't get rid neighbours so easily. Any suggestions please I can pass on. Thanks .

scented candles or plug in air fresheners, or maybe something to stop the smell coming in in the first place like a draft excluder if it under the door

we got two of those Pure Air sphere air freshners the ones you put the concentrate in and it swirls round in the water, got one downstairs for all sorts of smells and yes I can smell next doors curries and in the summer the smell of cannibis came wafting in to from the air vents too ! and one upstairs for the bedroom as our dogs sleep in the room .They are not cheap but the are effective.
