Took 'old style' student loan out (for all 3 yrs) 1994/5/6. self-employed for while now and have have deferred in past, sending in accounts. This year made a small loss and worried about sending these accounts in. Will they ask for husband's payslips, as original agreement said only goes on my salary and he cannot afford to repay it for me. Do intend to pay it back as soon as I can, but wont they ask who's keeping me? What level of support is he allowed to give me before they ask for it back?
I really do intend to pay it back, but just can't yet. Leaving self-employment ASAP (soon as I get a job) desparately hard-up. By the way, is anyone else waiting for their correspondence/deferrment form from Student Loans - I haven't had mine yet (today 16th March), but know it's usually dated 14th March?

I know you're new here, Hipster, but I think you might get a better response to this if the Ed could move it to Jobs and Education
