Does anyone know the theme for Channel 4 show Grand Designs?

It's "Grand Designs" by David Lowe and as you might guess from the title, it was composed specially for the programme. There's actually a Grand Designs soundtrack CD available with this and other tracks he composed for the series, which you can buy from http://www.davidlowemusic.com

Can anyone possibly tell me the piece of music or the composer to the piece of music played in Series 4 Episode 6 (not the title music but an instrumental piece) at around 3:50 seconds into the episode. It is where Kevin and the proposed owners of this house are standing on the seashore and discussing their new build. The graphics to their new house appears on the screen and this music which I am referring to starts to play.
