A massive jam tart, im slavvering at the thought.
Make some salmon parcels?
Question Author
did think of salmon parcels but would it go with a bed of broccoli surrounded by deshelled mussels in white wine sauce? i did notice that the filo cooked very quickly, how can i ensure that the salmon will be cooked inside, how may minutes do you reckon?
Salmon takes only a few minutes - or cook the fish first, drain and make up the parcels, the cooked mussels can go inside too. Serve the parcels on the brocolli bed.
