needing help with my Sony Cyber shot, any camera techies out there please

I have had a look around and thought I had found a tutorial in you tube...
take a look!

btw, the message I get is " internal memory is full" yet I have a clean memory card in?

Did you 'format' the memory stick using the cameras settings and what size memory stick?

it's a 4gb Alice which I have used many times before

Cameras have 2 types of memory.

Internal non-removable memory (built in to the camera). This is usually quite small.

Memory added by a memory card.

It sounds like your internal built in memory is full, not your 4Gb card.

Take the 4Gb card out, then see if you can look at what is on your internal memory.

If you dont want the pictures on there then delete them or format the internal memory.

many thanks VHG, I think I have done what you said, all seems ok now
Of course you can always copy the internal me,moryu images to the removeable card and then delete and format it.

Apologies for disappearing earlier.
Looked at the clock and realised I had 29 minutes to get changed and go to work!!
