Does anyone know any drinks I can have? For 12 weeks I need to avoid alcohol, tea, coffee, dairy, fruit, wheat, yeast and sugar. I can have herbal tea, but not fruit tea. The only drinks I can think of are water, tomato juice and carrot juice. (I know tomato is actually a fruit, but apparently it doesn't have the same natural sugar content as other fruits).
The next question is; does anyone know where I can buy tomato juice or carrot that hasn't got added sugar or lemon juice?
Does anyone know if Barley Cup contains wheat (because if so, I can have that as my hot drink). I don't fancy just drinking hot or cold water for 3 months. Any ideas would be most welcome.

It's only limited re drinks. It's not affecting my savoury intake much at all. I do feel good eating healthy like this, even though I only started on Saturday. I do hope I can keep it up for the 12 weeks. I've been trying to lose half a stone for ages and it will help me with that too. I'm already feeling less bloated as well.
