Quick scan seems to be for procuring donations to an obscure charity, with little proof of where the donation will be spent.

Accept the dogs will not be neglected and will get the care they need on their home soil.

I don't think so tigger, this was written in response to the article you've posted as I understand it. We have not seen any pictures of the dogs since their rescue at all.
This chap seems unable to provide proof that the dogs were rescued and are both doing well. Tambo I hope you're right re your last sentence and I would tend to agree that they probably are. But it would be nice to see a picture as the white dog didn't look too good.
