Where did you get the recipe for Toffee Pecan Pie?

had one in a cafe and worked it out for myself

I do that a lot usually its so I can work out a less sinful version but toffee pecan is tooo god to muck about with

We tried your recipe and it was delicious, but as no gas mark number or time was given, it didn't set as firm as I thought it was going too. Perhaps the oven wasn't hot enough?

try cooking it about gas six for a bit longer up to an hour the first half hour with foil on top if you want a firmer toffee....I like mine a bit squishy

Mine worked out well at Gas 5. I then tried it with bananas and ordinary condensed milk instead of the caramel condensed and pecans, also yummy!
