Have a picture of two people, 1 looks like denzel washington with a moustache, sitting in what looks like a library with another male person with a multi coloured hat, on the desk are green lamps, any ideas?

Cant be that one, the poster is in black and white, that was my inital thought.
can we have some more info, age of film, is it out now, is it really old etc etc.
