casual work

myself and a few other women have been working casual for sometime,each one of us does 4 evening each.we all had to wait until there was vacancy to get the job.now,our employer wants to cut our hours.someone who does not want to wait for a vacancy to come up decided she wants to work now (before she said the job was unsocial hours).we have always done a good job and have never been in trouble.can our employer do this?

I am almost certain that casual employee or not, you should still have either a contract or statement of employment. The above link should help you find out
