LOL, it looks like it - or perhaps you get odd shoes.
Not necessarily. If the half price is applied only to the cheaper pair, the total will be more than 3/4 original total price. Example: first pair, priced £30, you pay £30; second pair, priced £20, you pay £10. Total original price = £50, total paid = £40. So you pay 4/5 (80%) of original total price.
