Our Sky has completely gone off. Not a single channel. Happened very suddenly. Can't see any reason. Have done the usual re-boot sequences.

Switch your Sky Box off altogether for a couple of minutes, then switch on. Wait a couple of minutes and see if light turns green when pressing power button.
