The first one is UTRICLE.  U for uranium then trickle with the K (symbol for potassium) removed.  Utricle is a sac in the ear. No joy with the second one as yet.  
Just beat me Hoyd1e, UTRICLE fits the clue, but it is a sac rather than a cell.

Thanks for utricle - I had considered it but could not see it - thanks.

 

This gave me the c and I realised the second one is chalazion - ch(ala)zion - a painless cyst in the eye.

Now I know that stye can be spelled sty! Will have to remember this for future clues.
