''I need tips with breathing!''

Er... go home and get your inhaler as you obviously need it...
Slowly in.....slowly out.
Distract yourself...........if that doesn't work, follow sara's advice.
as said, if this is asthma then go and get inhaler.
If its more of a panic, making you feel that way, then get someone to distract you and take deep breaths in through nose and out through mouth. Dont tense up in your shoulders.
Not an expert on asthma, but if you can´t get home, then make sure that you breathe through your nose rather than your mouth. Also, try to relax....if it doesn´t improve, then you will have to nip home.

Go and get your inhaler.

If you're getting panicky, try to concentrate on breathing OUT as best you can.
Breathing IN you can do naturally, controlling the out-breath is what helps calm you down.
