still not got them and they said they are ready,been e-mailing every day but there is no response,they are getting sent by royal mail and costing between £40/£60.no one can make the journey again to london.what do you think the next step should be?

they havent sent them cause they havent asked me to post the money up yet to pay for it.it is the crem. and the undertakers we have been e-mailing.

Slinky - I would bypass the undertakers and contact the relevant Local Authority Department yourself.

i think its ridiculous the time they're taking.so i might need to take yet another trip to london.

If you were otherwise satisfied with the service from the undertakers I would offer to pay up front and ask for a time to expect delivery. I imagine they may have been left waiting payment in similar circumstances before, who knows? Good luck - you really could do with closure now ♥

When my fathers ashes came from Somerset they were sent to the Crem in Durham.Have they said where yours are going to.
