There used to be a section titled "Play" which had little games that I sometimes played. It seems to have vanished.

Does anybody know what happened to it?

Not noticed until you've mentioned it, wolf. It does seem to have disappeared (Clicked on Topics to epand all the sub-categories and I can't see it)..........
