Plasma wall bracket

I have a large plasma which I would like to mount to the wall. I have seen many different brackets that allow this but I am wondering what I would do with my sky box and dvd player? I don't want cables running everywhere so would need a clutter free option?

Mine is mounted above fireplace with cables taped running down mantlepiece to side cabinet that holds Freeview/DVD/lappy

get a digi sender so that all you have to hide is power cable and recieve

You need to use long HDMI cables from both to TV. Hide in wall or buy some shallow trunking.

If you have gone to the expoense of a large plasma (I have one too) you would not be using a video sender because of the loss in quality. They certainly will not even approach direct SD quality .. let alone HD.

The Skybox is under the cushion of this soft, stoooopid leather armchair.

Thanks for your replies. I don't want to use trunking as I have wallpaper on the wall in question and I don't think it will look very good. There is a fire below, so I'm just unsure of where to put the SKY box and dvd player. I may even consider ditching the SKY and just using the freeview, which it says is built in. I just can't stand cables and mess.

I've cancelled my Sky 'cause I cant stand the adverts. The Box is only good to firm up the armchair.

Hehe. To be honest I never watch the channels. Most of the stuff I watch it on normal channels anyway. It probably wouldn't be a bad thing to just get rid of it.

Allbags - just a suggestion - I do not need HD/3d tv but was offering a solution. Mine worked fine with a system like this on ntl - but given up tv now
