When I'm abroad, I always stock up on boxes of 600mg "Ibuprofeno".

Yes, in the UK, you just can't get them.

Hardly any "over the counter" remedy that you can buy in the UK really does anything. They are all 1% solutions in a neutral base, of teeny dose tablets.

If I have a headache, and I take painkillers, I want it GONE in 5 minutes.

JJ......600mgm tablets are available on the Continent and 1800mgms in one go can be good advice, but mention this on B&S and you will be crucified.....at least I would be. LOL
