ewww... I'm really not good with sicky stuff, but my 13 yr old was going at it like a good un for most of last night :o/

he's not eaten anything yet today, has managed to keep down some water and asked for Ribena, so he's kept down (so far) a very weak Ribena.

should he have some lunch (if he wants it)? what should I give him?

headaches.

hope he's better tonight you should just give him fluids to keep hom from dehydrating, I know it is worrying when he's not eating but as long as he's drinking plenty xxx
