Why dont loud sounds travel faster than quieter sounds

If I hit a ball hard it goes faster than if I hit it softer. Why doesn't this happen wih sound ?

Sound moves at a relatively constant speed, solely depending on the medium it is travelling through. In fact, this is one of the defineable physical properties of the medium rather than the sound.. The amplitude of the sound does not affect either its frequency or speed (except to add harmonics)
