My next door neighbours are drilling - its bloody 11.40 - Mr. Den is in bed as he gets up at 5 in the morning. I think they are installing a new fireplace.

I'd have a job, trt - we had our chimney stacks removed last year.

Anyway, it has gone quiet now, all I can hear is Mr.Den snoring, so I might have to put the pillow over his face.
