It`s still 3/4 full of gas but the bloody flint has packed up and I`ve got no matches

How annoying is that?

I did have a pifco torch.Which you could clip a red cover on so it was like one the usherette in the cinemas had.It meant you could snaek about camp unnoticed by Akela. I was a sixer myself.

Even though we drank ginger beer we used to rib some of the guys saying they were ginger beers.You know the old youre a puff type jokes , that you dont make nowadays.
