ms word how to divide a4 into 4 flyers

I what to produce flyers which will print as a4 and I can cut into four strips, I have no idea how do put horizonal lines on a blank new document on word.

And then the one would be to work on one strip and then copy and paste onto the other three strips, unless there is a better way.

Any one know how to do a basic line or how best to do this.

insert a table with 2 rows and 2 columns
go to borders and shading and get rid of the lines you don't want to see when it's printed
