A client called me a ''stupid bi**ch'' this morning!...and my boss said it's all part of the job..and not to be so sensitive!!

No - just meant it had to be a man, 'cos I have never met a female boss that would agree with that statement.

I don't know really...a big client would carry more weight than a lowly receptionist!
Female bosses are just as Company driven as men.. IMO.

I understand what you are meaning - but in my last job I had a female boss, and if a client had said that to any of the female staff, she would have lodged a complaint - and that did happen, and the person was dismissed.

grateful as I am to everyone who sympathised...I had gotten over it (somewhat) and as I have to face into the place again tomorrow..best I just let it go. x
