my pal ordered an expensive leather suite from above in Jan and paid with her debit card, when it arrived it wasnt what she had paid for so they told her to keep it until hers arrived and it would be the 1st week in April, every time she phones them its a different excuse and the manager is never there ! the latest excuse is that it was delivered to their Thurrock, Essex warehouse but has gone missing ! the couple concerned are in their 70s and fed up with all the excuses, but I wondered if the company is going bust ?

Well at least they have a suite, don't relinquish that until the right one turns up to replace it.

I drove to the store concerned in Romford with her and thats when they assured her it would be ailable 1st April, I gave her the name of the MD Peter Harrison in Slough head office and his details, perhaps should give them to her again ?Its just last night I listened to the whole saga again and then she asked about going into liquidation and I did not know the answer but though A/Bers might know.When I said about paying by debit card was not a wise choice she said she has insurance to cover this type of thing.
