Cholestrol is found in most animal tissues and fat, and is linked to heart disease and artherosclerosis, but shrimps are crustaceans. They are extremely small so any presence of cholestrol would be pretty negligible. Cholestrol is present in fatty foods such as sausages and butter, and eggs are extremely high in cholestrol.
