son took phone call and he asked for her name, she said 'Strawberry' he tried not to laugh but asked her to repeat it,do you think its fair giving kids weird names????
erm... I could pretend those three underscores stand for letters and my real name's Pazaxul or something but too many people know otherwise!
I used to work in the tax credit office registering new births and I saw some crazy names.. jellybean, armani, summer flame red and her sister zebbe blue... some crazy ones!
headwreck, i dont understand your point, i was sating my name is not unusuall. and yes i have not been here long, and acually most of the time dont know what im doing lol.
I agree with jj - go for an unusual name, but don't show the world that you don't know how to spell it - little kids round here are called Ellaweez (Eloise) and MaxyMillion (er - Maximilian).
my name is not weird but unusual and no matter how many times i correct people trying to pronounce it they persist in calling me something very similar but not my damn name. very frustrating
