I wouldn't say druids - it looks more like a ceremonial costume, the chap in white seems to be wearing a bride's outfit.

Long shot that they are some sort of dancers, one's carrying a sort of dressing down cord, the bride has a long stick.
The designs on the black outfits are similar to celtic knotwork - could it be one of the early meetings after tre revival of Druidism.

The boss guy reminds me of someone - isle of Man, perhaps?

At first I thought the chap in white looked like the crowned bard of an Eisteddfod, but I've not seen ones like the dark dresed men.
Is it a rehearsal for the upcoming royal wedding?
