Have you anything you are particularly looking forward to? Whether it's the Royal Wedding, a forthcoming holiday, a baby arriving into the family or just a lie in tomorrow morning - what are you looking forward to?

I know it sounds boring, but I'm cooking (quelle surprise!) a nice meal and I'm just looking forward to sitting in the garden whilst it's still light, having a glass or two of chilled wine and relaxing after what has been a bit of a stressful day.

Mick, I realised you were being sarcastic, hence my wink. You're still gorgeous though...

Sandy - don't be such a grump. Go round to Helen's and get bladdered on port and stuff your belly with mousetrap.
I'm not so much looking forward to individual events as hoping to have a nice enjoyable summer, overall - after some incredibly tough times at work in the past six months.

lol, this bob isn't it, you gorgeous , gorgeous fellow you ......

I'm going to watch The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets' Nest DVD this evening. Definitely looking forward to that.
Aw, sorry you've had a pants day, NoM. I'm looking forward to a free house tonight and a lovely dinner. Beyond that, I can't wait for a weekend in Essex with friends in a couple of weeks; the birth of my niece or nephew a couple of weeks after that, and I get to attend the birth (yay!) and then V Festival with my best friends in August. :) Hope you have a lovely eve!
heading to london to spend a few days with each of our sons over easter, am really looking forward to it, seems a long time since christmas when we last saw them.
also looking forward to the royal wedding, i love a good wedding me :)
am also really looking forward to our long trip to france, all that lovely sun, bread, garlic, cherries, swimming, wine....but not necessarily in that order.
NoM, you sitting in the garden with a chilled glass or two sounds loverly, think i'll go out and sit on my swing seat with a glass of red and enjoy the last of the warmth myself.
used to love a glass of port and some cheese after our saturday evening meal helen, the four of us sat round the table contemplating life, the world and everything. don't do it any more, got to think of my diet, health, blood pressure, etc., but will enjoy thinking of you enjoying yours later.
enjoy your nice meal NoM :)
mollykins,I asked in one of the themes ( can't remember which) what has happened to your nice little avatar, I don't think I've seen an answer yet Ron.
I'm quite looking forward to the wedding. Probably won't see much of it with Little Tiggs and his CBeebies though.

The other thing I'm looking forward to is Little Tiggs' 1st birthday in May. I've actually just been writing out some invites.

Mick, are you hitting on my bf?

I've never heard of that one, bibble. You'll have to give me some feedback.

I'm looking forward to the summer too, Boxy, if only to be able to wear some nice dresses and 3-quarter length trousers.

Thanks Whiskey, and my dad hasn't been all that bad. Sounds like you've got a lot to look forward to! :-)

Have a great time in London, Ethandron - that's got to be my favourite place on planet Earth. Dinner is just chicken pie, mash, broccoli and gravy but I'm sure it'll go down well.

Awww Tiggs, I can't believe it's been a year. How many teeth has junior Tiggs got now?
Ron, I've mentioned it on a few threads, now maybe not ones you've seen though. I realised that the email address that AB had me down for is one that no longer exists, so I had to change it and I haven't got round to sort gravatar out . . .
ron, molly said she lost her avatar when she changed her email address a few days back.
2 and one just about to pop out MN. I can't believe it either. This year has just whizzed passed and I think I must've blinked through it!
Im cooking a meal for some friends this evening....and having the odd glass of white while I wait for them to arrive :)
Looking forward to a break in Spain later this year too.
Nom -

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo was the first in the trilogy (excellent film)
The Girl Who Played With Fire was 2nd (good too apart from the ending)
The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets' Nest completes the story (good reviews)

The books are supposed be very good but I don't read books, just watch films.
Thanx mollykins & boxtops.Ron.
Unfortunately all I have to look forward too is sickness, lonely old age and the grave. Not that I'm a pessimist, you understand.
we were all born to die so we better get used to the idea.
NoM, I hope your eve was all you hoped for. What a lovely q: we've not long moved down south, really quite far from all my friends and family, and i'm spending a week back 'home' at the end of the month' I can't wait! Also excited about being in a new place for summer, and discovering new places and people. X
where have you moved to leela? welcome to the Sarf.
