UK and Europe subsidy and farming problem

So how have the UK and France solved the big problem (last month) of the British EU subsidies and France's farming subsidies. It was all over the front pages a few weeks ago. What was the solution?

No change, we won't give up the rebate unless the CAP is reformed. As the frogs are the biggest gainers under the CAP they'll veto any changes.
