People would rather give up eating than give up their cars, no matter how much petrol and diesel cost.
bloody disgusting.
Hadnt heard that. Its typical when everyone is filling up to go away for the weekend.
£1.41 here in Yorkshire.
£1.34 here (Lincolnshire Fens)
You sure that's diesel salla?
In the Toronto area, we're crying about the prices of 0.79 and 0.85 pounds respectively for diesel/gas. In comparison, we're lucky I guess.
Ah - diesel. Soz, no that's basic unleaded petrol. :-(

I'm not reading things properly today!
Must be that bloody doctor, Sal !! Diesel £1.40 here in Bangor
I am easily distracted welshy!
On the one hand - petrol/diesel prices.
On the other hand - Orlando Bloom lookalike young medics.........

No contest!
Had to read that twice Sal - I thought you had put IN one hand - lol
the cheapest around here is 128.9p. i laughed yeaterdy when cameron was giving his party political broadcast, he said in the budget we lowered teh cost of fuel to help families, he forgot to mention that within days it had gone up again and some,, its disgusting
People over here who live right near the border are driving to the States to fill up, and are saving around 25% on the cost of fuel.
Ours is 1.44 but with a voucher from the local paper its 1.41. Saw it at 1.38 in Sainsbury's - I'll go there next time.
£1.48 a gallon seems reasonable to me.
eek I thought £1.34 a litre here was bad for diesel (£1.39.9)

who has a 0..9 of a pence anyway?
lol very good dt

Many a true word spoken in jest :D
