That will be on incapacity benefit not disability benefit

Incapacity Benefit and Disability Living Allowance are two completely different things. You can get Incapacity Benefit for depression but not DLA. That is for people with mobility problems and need caring for at home. I know because I get both at the moment.

I say to anyone who thinks it is great and you are well off on the sick or dole to try it.
Most people would prefer good health.
