eBay have some, woodelf, but the colours might not be right, there are lots of pages of listings and I haven't viewed them all.
There seems to be a big trend towards brightly coloured elastic bands in different widths. I got some the other day from Primark - £1 for thirty. I don't know if that helps as the texture thing might be a factor for you. Very curious as to what you want them for though.

Many Thanks Boxie and Tambo....no need for a tinyurl Chris...smile...colours tambo?...orange, pink, lilac, yellow...any of the faded hippie type colours, man!...smile.
Can you actually go to the shops to buy woodelf rather than online? They definitely sell scrunchies in Boots, Superdrug, New Look, Claires, Peacocks.

Sher, 100% scrunchies stay in place, other materials seem to slip and I have long hair, as can be seen in the video of:
http//myweb.tiscali.co.uk/theartsight

and I like bright colours!

Sher, it or they keep the hair outta the paintings!
I am almost disappointed now - thought you used them for some ingenious reason around the house - not for keeping your hair tied back!
sherr I'm shocked !!!!

What else would you use scrunchies for...no don't answer that lol

Poundshop occasionally has some nice colourful ones

Sherr, you've guessed my secret, as Boney Watson used to say. I put the scrunchies in the freezer and when they're hardened, I use 'em to apply paint sometimes...gives a nice texture. And I also use them to adorn various parts of my anatomy, but on such a public site, I will refrain from actually saying where!...smile. Thanks for that Alba, I'll try there too...Poundland I mean...smile.
