Did you know SKY TV charge you each time you phone them

I have my BT phone Bill under the title "Special Services" there are 3 seperate charges .
These are for Sky TV I had a complaint ,I have been charged.We already pay subscriptions.
also SKy are also stopping the Magazine saying that the new improved Web site is up and running.Not all subscribers are on the InterNet ,this is out of order

I can't quite figure out what your problem/complaint is.

If you have your phone service from BT then it is them who are charging you to phone Sky.

Do BT not charge for all calls? We have our phone with Sky, and they don't charge for calls to them

its the same as if i call eon, just cos i have my electricty from them why should i not pay to call them and complain?

DAFFY654 I apologise for any incovenience I may have caused on posting in the incorrect section ,the error is in part due to my well documented illness , on occasion I try to join with other members with out my carer lookong over my shoulder.

Re Call Charges All of our Telephone calls are free except for Adult chat lines etc all of these numbers charge for using their service some are as you might be aware are as much as £5 per minute.Spcial Services" are what SKY charge you for calling them .This is a charge they make on top of any deal one might get from BT

That sounds like quite a good idea - it means if any household has someone calling these Special Services, whoever pays the phone bill will find out.
