Got appointment with citizens advice, apparently as I'll be in my 4th year in Sept I should be told that I'm either made permanent or my job is not required, but that would mean they couldn't put someone else in my place as it has to be offered to me first!
If they got rid of me and put someone in my place it would be a strong tribunal case! Well I don't think they intend on getting rid, I'm good at my job and there is a definite need for my job, so not too worried, but I'm glad I know my rights though!
